Life’s Changes

You ever woke up and wondered to yourself, how did I end up here? We all have those days, but most of us often forget to ask ourselves, HOW, did we end up where we are.

The truth is, your life is a manifestation of all the choices you have made in your past. Yes, those big decision’s that you made long ago, and even the tiny little ones. I am here to tell you that those little micro mini choices you have made have had a massive amount to leading you to where you are.

We think we don’t posses the ability to change ourselves for the better, but the reality is that YOU CAN. And you have already acted upon this every single day, you just don’t realize it.

It’s every single time we choose to make poor health choices, like eating that extra cookie in the pantry, or grabbing that bag of potato chips instead of an apple or orange on the counter. It’s when we have allowed our brains to drive our lives, by choosing snooze on our phones, intended to wake us up to start that new fitness goal. All of that leading to where you are today, and who you are in this moment.

I didn’t understand how easy it was to change my life until I began to see that I was actively changing it by enabling these habits I still had. I knew there had to be a way to make great strides in my life that lead to my hopes and dreams and their fulfillment.

Looking at my habits and examining everything is what allowed me to gain the perspective by simply choosing a different choice, led me to a different outcome, and at this stage in my life, I WANTED A DIFFERENT OUTCOME.

No more dragging mornings from unwanted late night stomach bloating from a not so healthy choice I made just hours ago in my day to eat foods that have already proven time and time again aren’t going to do anything good for my body.

This can be achieved by simply paying more attention to the things we habitually do, and then stoping ourselves and choosing to do something better, leading to better. That is how you go from who you are right now, to who see yourself becoming. So I give you permission today, to accept life’s changes, and now see and believe into your ability to transform yourself into that better you.
