Your Life In Seasons

Written By: Cynthia N. Sandoval

Life is fast, and sometimes we have seasons where it slows down. Giving us a chance to take in an account of what we have done throughout the week, the month and year. We can become discouraged when we see that we didn’t get to the end result we have intended and rather, we are easily unsatisfied. Instead of focusing on how far we did come, we zero in on what wasn’t going right, or simply put what didn’t happen.

Maybe your one of those like me who feels that because one piece of the puzzle wasn’t moved into place, you believe nothing was worthwhile or worse OF VALUE.

It is right here where I believe the dark demons come out to play, and in the spirit of Halloween which I am not a fan of by the way, where the veil of the supernatural is the thinnest.

Much like how our discouragement allows for the enemy to attack us when we are at our most vulnerable. I’d like you take your fight back. Realizing that life will come with its ups and downs. Moments of peace and joy, and moments of disappointments. But throughout the disturbances we all experience, we must come to the assurance that we have within us the ability to hang on when life can be difficult.

Your life will be better when your perspective on its changes and seasons are switched to a new and more positive way of thinking. There will be times that life will challenge you this way, asking of you to rise above the line of your weaknesses and to grasp your strengths to thrust you towards the direction God wants you to go.

Your life in seasons will be build upon your ability to live within yourself and to live out that joy during the days of darkness. Call upon that and reach for the light within you, because you are someone’s shining star in a sky full of pitch blackened obstacles.

There will be shifts in your schedule, that just happens. Get back on track with focus and keep putting in the work regardless of how you feel. Regardless of what season your in, there is a inner strength that you can rise above what you go through, and arriving to a place when you have a new appreciation for what wasn’t accomplished yet, and thankful that you have a new approach to how you are going to work towards your goals. Remember: when you’re just about to give up, throw in the towel, let go, that this too shall pass, and it’s just season not a permanent existence. 🙂
