One step at a time one task at a time, is better than trying to do multiple things at the same time.
The reason why you feel like your not getting your things you need to get done is probably because you’re managing to much on your plate, or you have to much on your plate that your trying to manage and along with other things.
When we focus on one thing at a time it helps us to laser in on that one thing to make it great rather than having an end result only mediocre.
I like to have my tasks completed to an extent that I am happy with my time I’ve put into it and satisfied with the outcome.
It is better to do one thing very well than to do a hundred things just okay. You are burning yourself out this way. Sooner or later you’re going to notice that you’ve been wearing yourself out too thin.
Try making adjustments to your daily schedule and by finding out what is needed most on taking action and only focusing on that, before moving on to the next.
They’re 24 hours in a day and we all get the same amount of hours to work with and maybe your busy mode -is high, but what is suffering is your productivity.
This can be fixed by allowing yourself to do one thing all in all focused for just those few minutes.
Set a timer, and go. Stop when the timer is done or just keep going if time and momentum is aiding you too.
After this you will see that you were all in and all focused and your results are surely to produce satisfaction you’ve been trying to achieve.
Continue to make the progress by making the adjustments along the way.
Maybe you find that you only needed less minutes on the timer for one thing and realized that the thought of doing it was actually taking you longer to do than getting to it. Maybe you realized that you may need more time for certain things and that is all okay.
The point here is to not waste the opportunity you have with your time and spend it wisely.
You want to feel a certain amount of accomplishment by the time the end of the day draws near for you, rather than it making you feel like you weren’t as productive as you could’ve been.
Either way you got this so let’s go get it! And remember adjusting is just that, and not set in stone so things can always change from day to day but at least you will find that a good approach to how you want to go about everything you do and the way you do it.
