Today you will wake up and find that nothing changes unless you do something about it.
Today is the day you will find that you have already accomplished something that has been achieved before in the past so why not keep doing it.
Today you will see that there are many ways that you can allow yourself to step into a new you by the new year. Just take out a piece of a paper and write down your top 3 things you know you can do for today and that you want to get done.
Start small. It doesn’t have to be so big like lose 25 pounds by the end of the year. Maybe you shoot for writing a goal like lay out my gym outfit for the next day.
Do that for a week. The next week you can say, I will lay out my gym clothes and I will put them on. Do that for a week.
Plans don’t change you because you have them, they help support the person you want to become and without them it’s very hard to see a clear picture of where you’re heading.
You must first write your vision down and then start on a small step on how you plan on implementing.
I call this trial and error phase because it quickly shows you if your goal is either to high for you to attain or too easy.
You’ve got to make your micro goals that your aiming towards something that is completely realistic to gain the momentum needed that is necessary to ultimately succeed in attacking that actual target you had written down.
The power of showing up for yourself this way will reveal a lot about yourself and you will know if your goals need to be realigned more closely to what you know you can do and want to do.
Everyday adds up to more than you know. By next month you will begin to believe that you can be that person that you envisioned yourself becoming. So start now, start today. You got this.
