Ever stop to wake up early enough to take in a beautiful sunrise that stuns you ? Ever wonder what the the best moments would be in your life and just imagined already having them? Dreaming about how you would feel ? The smell ? The laughter ? The enjoyment and all the sensations ? Did you know you can do this right now by simply taking out a sheet of paper, and writing out all the things in your life you are grateful for ?
Start by grabbing a blank sheet of paper and taking a moment to remember the last time you saw a beautiful stunning sunrise and writing about how it made you feel.
Think back to a time where you were so happy so uplifted energetically you were just having a good time and you wanted more laughter and laughed the more you did. Feel how amazing you felt to have not been so worried about your problems and how great it felt to be in the moment that was right in front of you. Capture the time you indulged in a hot delicious mouthwatering plate of food that you had to share it with someone else about how good it was. Then write about all those things, and next to it, write: AND I AM SO GREATFUL THAT I HAD THIS. THANK YOU.
If this is your first time practicing a grateful log, or journal it might feel different at first. But I promise you, that you will end up feeling better about your day, and your life, and your mood will improve if you really commit to this on a daily basis.
We all need to stay in gratefulness because it keeps us humble to the fact that our lives are here one moment and gone the next, and there is no time to waste being super bitter about the past, angry holding grudges, or unhappy. The seconds to your life will keep going along and the moment you stop to appreciate all that you have and have gotten the honor to enjoy is the moment you pull yourself out of the circumstances in which you may have going on in your life, and you lift yourself into a higher vibration of gratitude into the correct prospective on how to manage, deal, and even sometimes how to see your circumstances through a different lense, vibration,. Only then you will find that you have so much to be grateful, and thankful for. It starts with the very small unto the very big things.
Don’t waste another minute of your life not feeling totally good when you can access all of this momentum, positive energy, and empowerment right now, all by counting your blessings.
