On the days: Where it seems like you keep getting the same Negativity

It had been 3 days in a row where I had bad news, and things suddenly came up that were very difficult to deal with. I tired to be positive about things so as to not let them affect my mental well being, but this only got me so far.

I really should have just been honest with myself that life isn’t always going to be perfect and full of joyful moments day in and day out. There will be times where life will bring you into interesting situations where you will have to take everything you know and just focus on only remaining in peace.

These particular uncomfortable moments will challenge your ability in causing you to become mentally stronger helping you to grow more as you get older and become a more mature version of yourself. But it’s a lot easier to say you’re going to still be happy no matter what happens. It’s easier to say that you’re going to stick with your plan only until you begin to start doubting because you don’t see any improvement, growth or results. It’s easy to believe in yourself and your dreams and goals one moment, and when that bump in the road is upon you, you either crumble, or you allow it to give you insight.

That is why we must always keep this one simple fact in mind, stay tuned inside you. Stay focused on the goal than to magnify what’s a temporary issue you’ve got in front of you. Stay tuned on, to the very hope of the part of you that not just hopes, but believes that you are heading in the right direction towards your dreams, aspirations and better outcomes.

This means, stay tuned to yourself. If you’re typically a positive person, then keep being positive. If you’re someone who tends to make others laugh, then keep those jokes coming! If you’re someone that genuinely cares about others, then don’t let this world change that passion you have to do so. Keep on keeping on, and keep going. When bad news comes, give yourself some grace and take a moment day or too to be in the emotion, and happliy greatfully let them go.

Release it, because negative emotions don’t and will not serve you or anyone else around you well. You can’t soar to higher levels when you are still angry about what happened in your past, even if it was something that happened just yesterday, or even an hour ago. You must learn to rise above your negative feelings, and once you can you’ve mastered a challenging level you thought you couldn’t get out of. I am here to tell you, that it’s hard, but it can be done.
